We joined maybe 60 other individuals today in a service project with our new church, Sanctuary Columbus Church, in the northland area of Columbus. The team split into groups of 5-8 (our family was its own group) and we passed out 9 volt batteries for smoke detectors or a new smoke detector if they didn’t have one. It was awesome taking the girls out to experience sharing God’s love with people through a simple act of kindness. They were pumped to open the doors and meet new people. God is good!
