A second free birthday meal for me this week. This evening Marla and I took the girls to Benihana at Polaris for a nice hibachi meal. Delicious! Now I need to get on the treadmill and eat heart-healthy meals for a few days. We also had my first check-up with the doctor this afternoon, and I got the green light to go to Cambodia in two weeks! We were praying for this after the heart attack on 10/29. Thanks God!
