My cousin-in-law Andrew cooked up two fried turkeys (one with a buffalo flavor and one with a garlic and parmesan) for our family gathering today (my Mom’s side of the family in Lima, OH). After the heart attack on 10/29/11, I’m very thankful that God allowed me to spend Thanksgiving with them all (and even celebrate an early 35th birthday of mine – which is tomorrow). The turkey was DELICIOUS!
