Hidden lettuce

Radio stations are not a safe place during a fundraiser, if you’re expecting not to gain any weight. A few nice restaurants have donated breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for our volunteers and staff during the three days of fundraiser this week. Today’s lunch was from Longhorn Steakhouse and included burgers, onion petals, french fries and this amazing large salad (lettuce covered by all of the colorful ingredients). Had to snap a shot with my phone before people dug into it.
