Marla and I really enjoyed Winter Jam tonight with 17,200 others here in Columbus. Couldn’t bring in my D7000, so had to take a shot with her cell phone. I was curious why Newsboys were headlining the tour, but after their performance it makes a bit more sense. The guys on the keys and guitar were suspended out (with smoke shooting from them below) over the crowd, and Michael Tait was lifted up between them on a riser. As usual, their drummer and his set were flipped straight up and down and spinning around on the last song. We also really enjoyed Red (one of my two favorite bands) and the worshiping with the David Crowder Band.
