Thanks to Doug (left) and Sean (back) for inviting me to join them in a 3.8 mile run tonight at Sharon Woods Metro Park here in Westerville. I haven’t run in quite some time, and I would have made it maybe 1.5 miles if I were just by myself. And running wasn’t part of my schedule this week, so that 1.5 probably wouldn’t have even happened. I might even be crazy enough to join them again tomorrow night after coaching Livi and Ava’s first soccer practice. Obviously this pic was taken after the run was over – you can tell it took its toll on me, LOL. Took me a while to stop shaking and screw the mini-tripod onto the camera! Thanks guys!
