Attempting to lose weight by exercising and eating/drinking differently, but the past two days (Thanksiving yesterday and my 35th birthday today) couldn’t have helped. Thankfully we got some exercising in, but I sure had more sodium than usual. I guess it’s okay to do that on really special days, LOL. Marla and I enjoyed a nice dinner at BD’s Mongolian Barbeque this evening.
