This man was walking (mostly standing still) through the crowd this evening at the Columbus Arts Festival. Was funny seeing him give kids fist bumps, and watching people drop a dollar into his bucket. I laughed pretty hard when he would stand still for 30-45 seconds, then make a quick movement and make people jump. The weather was picture perfect here in Ohio! Used Photoshop for the black & white treatment for the rest of the photo.
