Had some free time while in California, and decided to try to get my best photo of the year so far. I believe it happened! Traveled across the bridge and up the slopes of the Marin Headlands with my friend Josh Sprague for this shot (after seeing one like it on Flickr). Was one of the best views I’ve ever seen in my life. Might share a panorama shot in a few days online, which would include the Pacific ocean (to the right) and Alcatraz (to the left). San Francisco’s a pretty sweet city!
