Left Ohio this morning at 5am and made it down to Bristol, Tennessee for three days of NASCAR racing. The track really is amazing, sitting (as most tracks do) out in the middle of nowhere. Dad and I had a fun time watching practice and qualifying today. Tomorrow is the Nationwide Series race, then Sunday will be the big Sprint Cup race.

I can’t wait! I’ll be there Sunday. I don’t know how much photography I’ll be doing though.
Lived a couple miles from there for 4 years while attending seminary. Loved that place, but never went to a race.
